About Canvas
Canvas is a cloud-hosted learning management system from Instructure which is in use at several universities including University of Washington, University of Maryland and the Utah Educational Network (including University of Utah and Utah State University).
Canvas is in limited use at the University of Texas at Austin in an active classroom setting during academic year 2012-13 in an effort to evaluate its use and effectiveness. Read more about the Canvas Evaluation project here.
